Responsibilities
Prospect & Engage: Use WhatsApp as the primary channel to reach out to existing accounts and new leads. Qualify needs, timing, and budget using proven sales frameworks (BANT/SPIN).
Sell, Upsell, and Cross-sell: Present available stock, negotiate terms, close deals, and increase order value by recommending relevant accessories or models.
Offer Alternatives: When a requested SKU is unavailable, suggest suitable substitutes from current inventory to avoid losing the sale.
Follow-up Cadence: Maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm (1-day / 7-day / 10-day) to ...
