We're Hiring a Sales & Operation Planning Analyst
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze demand and supply data, monitor forecast accuracy, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance across APAC. You will play a key part in implementing forecasting improvements, developing reports, and supporting monthly S&OP review meetings to enable informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering and analyzing demand planning and forecast numbers on a fixed cadence
Monitoring forecast accuracy, operations, and customer service KPIs (e.g., error, bias)
Implementing forecast tracking measurements and reporting to improve business performance
Utilizing data to guide future work, build recommendations, and drive innovation
