Job Description

About the Role: 

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Sales professional to drive new business growth across our SaaS-based solutions, BPO services, and Automation (RPA & AI) offerings. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in consultative selling, a deep understanding of enterprise technology buyers, and a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's vision for its RPA, AI, and Automation Services portfolio, including SaaS and BPO solutions.

+ Identify, qualify, nurture, and close new logo opportunities across SaaS, BPO, and Automation segments by leveraging existing sales and marketing channels.

+ Build client-centric proposal responses (RFI / PQQ / RFP / ITT / RFQ) aligned to defined win themes and value propositions.
