**Roles & Responsibilities**

+ Achieve sales and margin targets from commercial projects in the assigned territory of operation.
+ Build and grow a portfolio of key specifiers, contractors, consultants, and end clients in the commercial built environment space.
+ Ensure profitability, timely conversion of project opportunities from lead stage to order closure and payments.
+ Identify, qualify and track commercial project opportunities through end client’s builders, architects, consultants, contractors...
