Position Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager – Measurement Systems & Solutions (MSS) is responsible for driving sustainable growth across Egypt and Libya by leading complex project pursuits and building strong customer partnerships. This role focuses on expanding bookings for metering systems, analytical systems, and lifecycle services within engineered solutions, while collaborating across functions and regions to support Measurement Solutions business goals.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead and manage qualified MSS project pursuits, partnering with proposal, execution, and regional sales teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
Identify, qualify, and develop high‑value opportunities across targeted industries, ensuring a strong and actionable project pipeline.
Own pursuit strategies for priority projects, applying structured selling methodologies and continuously refining strategies to improve win rates.
