Lead the sales and coordination of golf events, including member competitions, corporate golf days, and charity tournaments.
Maximise revenue across golf, rooms, food & beverage, spa, and wellness through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Develop and manage a portfolio of golf-related and lifestyle accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, memberships, and events within approved systems.
Produce regular sales reports covering memberships sold, event revenue, and pipeline activity.
Ensure all sales activities align with Fairmont Brand Standards, Accor SOPs, and luxury service expectations.
Collaborate with the wider Sales team and Accor Sales Network to support broader commercial objectives.

Minimum 2 years Senior Sales Management experience within a luxury hotel environment
