Job Description
responsible for driving profitable growth in the Independent Aftermarket channel. Manages distributor and reseller accounts, implements IAM sales strategies, expands market coverage, and supports product launches across multiple aftermarket product lines. The position requires strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of IAM market dynamics, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with distributors, workshops, and channel influencers.
Also manages A/R performance, pricing execution, demand forecasting, and competitive intelligence to support BorgWarner’s IAM business objectives.
