Senior Sales Manager, Project

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

This role is responsible for driving project sales growth, strengthening relationships with key industry players, and developing a high-performing projects team in line with Jotun's Leadership Expectations. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence by promoting innovative decorative and flooring solutions to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
This role will be based in Malaysia and reporting to General Sales Manager – Decorative.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop the Malaysia & Singapore Decorative Projects team, ensuring clear objectives, strong motivation, and high performance.

• Drive the launch and promotion of new and improved project products, including Jotafloor solutions.

• Manage and track nationwide project pipelines, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion.
