Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join our Sales Team. The role focuses on driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in line with RHG standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets, room nights, and new business goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate, group, and travel trade accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities through sales calls, blitz, and market research.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals to maximize revenue.
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and update management on performance.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Banquets, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
