Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Manager for our PHV leasing division. Your primary mission is to ensure our fleet is 100% utilized by acquiring new drivers and managing existing driver relationships. You are required to hit monthly rental targets, manage driver onboarding, and implement retention strategies to minimize vehicle downtime. Key Responsibilities Driver Acquisition: Lead high-volume recruitment of PHV drivers through digital marketing leads, referrals, and walk-ins. Fleet Utilization: Monitor 'idle' inventory daily and execute rapid-fire sales tactics to get cars on the road. Incentive Design: Create competitive rental packages, 'drive-to-own' schemes, and referral bonuses to attract top-tier drivers.
