Senior Sales Officer – Solar Division

R&R Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Officer (Solar) to manage solar project sales, develop new clients, and handle inverter & battery product sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads for solar projects
• Develop new client connections and maintain relationships
• Sales of solar inverters, batteries, and complete solar solutions
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Follow up with clients from inquiry to project closure
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical and project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BBA / Marketing / Engineering)
• MBA preferred
• Minimum 4 years of solar sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
