Senior Sales Operations Analyst (Santiago)

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will join a team of experts who help Canonical sales teams achieve their business goals. This highly visible role reports to the General Sales Operations Director and will contribute to day‑to‑day support of sales as well as driving strategic initiatives to improve sales productivity, intelligence, planning, training and enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the global sales team on systems and processes
• Support assigned aspects of global sales operations
• Develop accurate reporting and insights on sales performance with Salesforce or Tableau
• Contribute to on‑the‑job coaching as well as training content and delivery
• Develop, socialize, and evolve a winning sales content and training strategy
• Coach sales managers and develop their ability to improve team performance
