Job Description
Overview
As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst you will act as the analytical and operational backbone of the Canadian go-to-market function. You will support the team by forecasting metrics, deploying quota aligned with business goals, and maintaining internal systems to drive growth for our small‑business community.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable SQL data models and Tableau dashboards that power regional reporting on partner performance and pipeline health.
- Drive adoption of modern GTM technology and AI tools, including Salesforce, Clari, and Gong, to maximise regional efficiency.
- Design and execute territory models and quota deployments that align with budget and business objectives.
- Lead the core sales rhythm through weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
