About The Role
We are seeking a highly technical Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem, which is built on Lumary (Salesforce OEM) and supports healthcare service delivery workflows. This role is not a basic clicks-and-tickets admin position — you will be responsible for deep configuration, data architecture, automation, security, and system reliability in a regulated environment.

You will partner closely with operations, clinical leadership, and product/engineering to ensure Salesforce is scalable, compliant, and aligned with real-world healthcare workflows.
