Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree earned in Canada.

5 years of hands‑on experience leading sales initiatives and systems implementations.

Salesforce business analyst and UAT experience (preferred: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, dashboard configuration).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

Experience driving initiatives from discovery through delivery of business‑critical outcomes.
