Senior Salesforce Business Analyst — Nonprofit Solutions

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Nonprofit Transform Team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will help build and execute long‑term solution roadmaps that help our clients get the most out of their technology. You will work with project teams to design, implement and deploy solutions to a wide variety of Nonprofit clients. Candidates for this role should possess knowledge of the Salesforce.com capabilities (both functional and technical) in the Nonprofit space. Your primary focus is to act as a clear communicator between client stakeholders and our technical team. You will spend your days uncovering business requirements, documenting functional needs, and showing clients how Salesforce can solve their everyday challenges.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with Nonprofit organizations, with an understanding of NonProfit business processes, their use of Salesforce and how they leverage industry specific 3rd party applications.
