Senior Salesforce Developer
to take technical ownership of critical areas of our Salesforce platform within a highly regulated financial environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives on autonomy, complexity, and building scalable solutions aligned with a
private equity operating model
.
This is
not a ticket-based role
. You'll be expected to lead solutions end-to-end, translate high-level direction into architecture and execution, and actively shape the Salesforce roadmap.
Experience Profile
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Required background in
Financial Services, Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking
, or similarly regulated environments
