Senior Salesforce Developer

Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate across the full application lifecycle: planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Research and evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies to continuously improve development efficiency.
Design well-structured, reusable, and maintainable application architectures.
Provide accurate estimates, contribute to requirement documentation, and assist with work breakdown structures.
Participate in user story creation, estimation, and delivery planning.
Prioritise work effectively, manage dependencies, and adapt quickly to shifting requirements.
Proactively identify and mitigate technical and code-level risks.
Track tasks, progress, and delivery via JIRA.
Define, own, and evolve the long-term technical vision and Salesforce roadmap in alignment with business and IT strategy.
