Senior Salesforce Developer

Introduction

At Bluegrass, we're looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Architect / Senior Salesforce Developer to own the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of our Salesforce platform.

This is a senior, hands-on role with real influence. You'll combine deep technical expertise with architectural leadership, working closely with stakeholders and senior leadership to design, build, and scale Salesforce solutions that directly support business strategy.

You'll lead the full application lifecycle from discovery and design through development, testing, deployment, and optimisation while championing best practices across architecture, DevOps, quality, security, and compliance. This role suits someone who thrives in complex, regulated environments, takes full ownership, and enjoys mentoring others while delivering rock-solid solutions.
