Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Core Development:

• Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types. Build automation using Flows and declarative tools, API Integrations, Mulesoft. Participate in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets - CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset), and version control systems. Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards.
• Sales & Service Cloud Focus: Sales Cloud: Experience in Lead/Opportunity lifecycle management, assignment rules, auto-conversion, and custom quote flows.
• Hands-on work with Product Catalogs, Pricing, Sales Engagement, and High Velocity Sales is a plus. Service Cloud: Deep understanding of Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Entitlement Processes, Knowledge Base, and Agent Workspace. Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements.
