Role description Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Location: Ontario, Canada

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) specifically around Work Orders, Service Appointments scheduling, dispatch and end‑to‑end field service operations. The candidate will build scalable solutions, extend the FSL data model, implement scheduling policies optimization and deliver high‑quality automation and integrations in Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using Service Cloud FSL centered on Work Orders, Work Order Line Items, Service Appointments, Assets and Entitlements SLAs.

Configure and extend FSL scheduling and dispatch capabilities, including Service Territories, Service Resources, Skills, Operating Hours, Travel Policies.

Define scheduling policies, work rules, objectives and optimization where applicable.
