Job TitleSenior Salesforce Integration & Messaging Engineer Location: Remote Duration: Fulltime Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Salesforce Integration & Messaging Engineer to architect and develop the connective tissue between our Salesforce ecosystem and core enterprise engines. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that data flows flawlessly in real-time between CRM/Communications Cloud and our downstream OSS/BSS platforms. Additionally, you will own the customer-facing communications architecturebuilding the infrastructure that triggers automated, multi-channel notifications (SMS, Email, WhatsApp) to update subscribers dynamically during critical order milestones, provisioning phases, and field technician dispatch events.
