Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

• Responsible for building standard out of the box or custom solutions based on the fitment recommendations, including major/minor enhancements and greenfield implementations.
• Adherence to best practices including code version control, environment and release management procedures.
• Keeping up to date with and adhering to Salesforce Best Practices to deliver sustainable, quality solutions.
• Liaise directly with Business users to understand, debug/analyse and resolve enhancement, project and support related requests and incidents.
• End to end ownership of requests and incidents including UAT coordination and change implementation activities.
• Maintain application related support and knowledge documentation as required.
