Senior SAP Consultant (Abitibi-Témiscamingue)

We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong background in PeopleSoft-to-SuccessFactors transformations. This role supports a major utilities client through configuration, data migration, payroll validation, and integration activities across EC, ECP, Time, and Global Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the PeopleSoft → SuccessFactors data migration (extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation).
• Configure and validate Employee Central, Position Management, Time, Global Benefits, and Employee Central Payroll.
• Review payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, and support end-to-end payroll cycles including Canadian compliance.
• Support integration work (CPI, APIs, OData, IDocs) and EC ECP replication.
• Participate in testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), payroll validation, and cutover activities.
