& Requirements Who we are looking for We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Consultant with strong experience in Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA) modules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting HR solutions that align with business objectives and compliance standards, specifically for the Polish market.Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, HR Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HR PA and PY, including configuration, testing, and support.

Proven expertise in Polish Payroll: statutory compliance, payroll processing cycles, and reporting (ZUS, PIT, PPK, etc.).

Experience with SAP schema and PCR configuration specific to Poland.
