**Education**

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing), Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field
+ MBA or Master's degree in Operations Management, Engineering Management, or related discipline preferred
+ SAP Certification in Production Planning and Manufacturing (PP) or Quality Management (QM)
