Senior SAP Order & Customer Care Specialist

Prattwhitney in Mexicali is seeking a Principal Specialist Customer Service to manage customer sales orders from contract award through to archive. You will handle complex administrative activities, including sales order entry, inventory alignment, and compliance with export policies.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of Supply Chain experience, along with expertise in SAP and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English is required, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
