Job Description
CTG is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to help our client design, implement, and optimize HR technology solutions. This role focuses on Employee Central (Core HR) and integrations, supporting strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 6 months
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, and deployment of Employee Central functions (business rules, workflows, position management, MDF objects).
+ Manage internal and external EC integrations and support other SuccessFactors modules as needed.
+ Provide training, support, and guidance to ensure smooth adoption.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business processes.
