Senior SAP WalkMe Builder

We are seeking a SAP WalkMe Consultant to lead digital adoption initiatives across SAP environments, including S/4HANA, Fiori, and other SAP applications. The role will focus on improving user experience, streamlining workflows, and driving adoption through WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform (DAP). You will combine SAP expertise with digital adoption strategies, analytics, and automation to deliver measurable business outcomes.

About the role:

• Design, implement, and optimise WalkMe solutions, including Smart Walkthroughs, ShoutOuts, Launchers, Smart Tips, and automation tailored to SAP applications
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, business stakeholders, and training teams to understand user pain points and develop contextual, step-by-step guidance
• Use WalkMe analytics to capture user interactions, identify friction points, and recommend actionable improvements
