About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Scientist / Laboratory Manager to lead the build, validation and ongoing operation of a newly established medical device laboratory supporting bioprosthetic tissue products.
This is a rare opportunity to join at lab inception stage. You will play a pivotal role in setting up equipment, qualifying methods, building compliant systems and leading a small but growing technical team.
The laboratory supports the development and supply of processed biological materials used in heart valve repair and replacement. Quality, regulatory discipline and scientific rigour are critical to success.
