Must-Have Skills & Experience

Agile & Scrum Expertise

• 6+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile SAFe environments
  

• Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, and SAFe practices
  

• Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, frameworks, and best practices
  

• Proven experience guiding 2–3 Scrum teams simultaneously
