Senior Scrum Master

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented **Senior Scrum Master** to join our team. This is a **remote** position.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Guide cross-functional development teams on how to self-organize, plan work effectively within sprints, and instill core Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices.
+ Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization, coaching personnel to higher levels of performance at a sustainable pace.
+ Remove operational impediments or guide the team to resolve issues by identifying and collaborating with the right stakeholders.
+ Partner closely with the Product Owner to manage the backlog, ensure stories are well-defined, and align team efforts with product vision.
