Key Responsibilities: • Own the data infrastructure for MongoDB Search systems • Define the Atlas Search technical roadmap and strategic decisions • Lead design evolution of mongot and Mongo Management Services • Build consensus across teams on technical initiatives • Enhance team performance by mentoring and sharing expertise
