Senior Sec Reporting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior SEC Reporting Manager to lead all aspects of external financial reporting and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for the preparation and integrity of SEC filings, technical accounting, equity and stock-based compensation accounting, SOX compliance, and cross-functional coordination with auditors, legal counsel, FP&A, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep public-company reporting experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• External Reporting & Filings
• Lead preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including 10K, 10Q, 8K, proxy statements, and annual reports
• Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements, including footnotes, EPS calculations, equity rollforwards, and non-GAAP/aEBITDA disclosures
