Job Description
Senior Sensor Fusion & Data Architecture Lead Location: Mississauga, Canada (on-site, 5 days a week)
Compensation: CAD 110,000 – CAD 150,000 annually
Major Responsibilities
Own end-to-end sensor fusion architecture across people, machines, and enterprise systems (edge → cloud → analytics).
Define reference architecture, data models, APIs, and standards to support simulation, digital twin, and agentic AI.
Act as technical authority across vendors and internal teams, translating business needs into scalable technical patterns.
Lead people-based sensing initiatives, working directly with vendors to access and unlock available data.
Partner with architecture and data science to validate data quality, coverage, and fitness-for-purpose, while ensuring privacy-by-design.
Serve as primary interface with OT teams and vendors to identify, access, and document machine-generated sensor data.
