Job description:
- Function as an L1 support that handles calls, emails, and self-service tickets
- Must be proactive and must be open to take on tasks that are essential for the growth of the account
- Troubleshoot POS related concerns and other basic computer peripherals
- Provide support for account related concerns, (password resets, distribution lists, assigning of applications)
- Must be amenable to shifting schedules and working on the weekends
- Knowledge with Genesys, Active Directory, Microsoft office, and ServiceNow is a plus
