Job Title: Service Engineer / Service SpecialistPosition OverviewThe Senior Service Engineer / Service Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing the end-to-end after-sales service operations within the Mexico and Central America (CA) regions.The primary focus includes hands-on equipment repairs, RMA management, warranty contract administration, and spare parts logistics.This role also provides vital pre-sales technical support and technical training, serving as a key technical resource for the region without direct team-management responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesA.After-Sales, RMA & Hands-on Repairs- Equipment Repairs: Perform direct, hands-on diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on all devices received at the Mexico office.
