Job Description

                    Responsibilities: Servicing Semiconductor Overlay equipment. 
Tool installations or internal tool moves. 
On-site, on-call and remote support (POA). 
Platform matching programs and applications training. 
Turnkey equipment sourcing, installation & maintenance. 
The successful candidate should be capable of working alone or within our team of service engineers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. 
The engineers time will mostly be divided between high level tool repairs at our Singapore customer sites and Overlay tool and spare parts refurbishment and testing at our Singapore facility. Full training on our equipment refurbishments process will be provided. 
There will be occasional need for overseas travel in the region, however most activities will be Singapore based. 
Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
