Senior Service Engineer

**About the job:**



The Senior Engineer is responsible to solve technical/application problems of Stryker’s products installation, maintenance and support sales/marketing departments. The key of his role is important in establishing further credibility within the marketplace for quality of service provided by Stryker, it’s technical capability and ongoing customer service improves sales opportunities within the market.



**What you will be doing:**



+ Provide technical and repair support service including quotations, service report preparation for customers and dealers in field

+ Assist Sales in conducting product trial and equipment demonstration.

+ Coordinate with internal parties for purchase order and do installation of Stryker products in hospital, provide after-sales service and preventive maintenance service on site according to documented procedures and ISO request
