Senior Service Manager

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or similar;


• At least 5 years of professional experience in Service Management;


• Experience in managing suppliers;


• Ability to optimize the service from an analytical point of view;


• Close contact between technical teams, business and partners, with contract management;


• Experience in creating KPIs and SLAs;


• Previous experience with service launch will be valued;


• Good leadership and communication skills;


• Client-oriented.
