Senior Service Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to provide senior leadership across the end-to-end delivery of services for a large, complex service portfolio. This is a high-impact role with full accountability for service excellence, client satisfaction, commercial performance, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with a Programme Lead, programme teams, and account leadership to steer a major multi-year network and operational transition, before leading the environment into a stable, high-performing BAU state.
