Role Overview:
The role holder is responsible for supporting the service sales operations including estimations, preparing maintenance contracts and negotiating contract recovery. The role holder maintains contracts database in the MIS system to ensure effective tracking of the sales pipeline. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
