They are looking for an experienced Senior Service Technician/ Service Manager to join their team. The primary objective of this position is to oversee field service operations, mentoring service engineers, managing ISO compliance, and supporting commercial activities.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Lead and support a team of Field Service Technicians
• Implement training and cross-training programs to build technical competency and service agility
• Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs on analytical instruments at customer sites.
