Senior ServiceNow Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to lead the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of our multi-tenant ServiceNow platform.

This is not a junior admin role.

You will serve as a technical escalation point, platform owner, and mentor to junior team members while ensuring platform stability across multiple client instances in a managed services environment.

If you have deep ITSM expertise, strong scripting ability, and experience supporting multiple tenants or domains — we want to speak with you.
