Overview

A leading technology organisation in the UAE is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to play a key role in a large-scale, greenfield ServiceNow implementation. This is a hands‑on technical position focused on delivering scalable, high‑quality solutions across catalogue development, workflow automation, Employee Centre configuration, and integrations. You will work within a structured, enterprise environment alongside architecture and delivery teams to ensure best‑practice implementation and long‑term platform sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced catalogue items including dynamic forms, UI policies, and client scripts
• Develop reusable components and modular catalogue structures
• Implement role‑based visibility and approval routing logic
• Optimise usability and performance across catalogue experiences
• Build and configure workflows using Flow Designer and scripted logic where required
