Description
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain and perform continual service improvements on the following implemented modules: ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

+ Work with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements

+ Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows and business use cases

+ Perform operational administrative tasks, as needed

+ Assist with report configuration and maintenance, as needed
