What is the Opportunity?
As a Senior ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow’s Discovery and Service Mapping solutions. This role is critical to enhancing our IT service delivery by automating asset tracking, mapping service dependencies, and ensuring accurate CMDB (Configuration Management Database) integrity. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw infrastructure data into actionable insights, enabling proactive incident management and strategic decision-making.What Will You Do?

Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow Discovery (MID Server) and Service Mapping solutions to automate the identification of IT assets, applications, and service dependencies.

Troubleshoot discovery/mapping issues, resolve data inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with RBC’s IT governance standards.
