Required Skills & Experience

ServiceNow Platform & Modules

• Strong hands-on experience testing ServiceNow solutions across:
• ITSM, CSM / PSDS, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, and Custom Applications.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, approvals, SLAs, and integrations.Test Automation & DevOps
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Experience with Automate Pro
• Experience with web/API automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting fundamentals.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

App Engine & AI

• Hands-on experience building and testing Low-Code and Pro-Code applications using App Engine Studio.
• Experience validating AI-driven features using Now Assist within ServiceNow workflows.
