Senior ServiceNow Tester

• Understand business, functional, and technical requirements across ServiceNow core modules and App Engine applications.
• Define and own test strategies, test plans, and risk-based testing approaches covering functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Participate in requirement, design, and architecture reviews to ensure quality‑by‑design and full test coverage.
• Identify test data requirements and ensure test environments are for purpose.

Test Design & Execution

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases aligned with acceptance criteria.
• Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, SLAs, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Perform end‑to‑end testing across ITSM, CSM/PSDS, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, and custom App Engine solutions.
