Senior Shop Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Shop Manager with strong skills and proven experience for a full-time engagement.

 

Your Responsibilities:

+ Responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our B2B & B2C online shops

+ Optimization of the customer journey and conversion rate across all touchpoints

+ Management and further development of the online shop

+ Optimization of search and ranking mix

+ Close collaboration with Marketing, IT, Product Management, and external partners

+ Analysis of relevant KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue) and derivation of concrete measures

+ Implementation of A/B tests and data-driven optimization measures

+ Ensuring a consistent user experience across all markets

Your Profile:

+ Several years of experience in B2B & B2C e-commerce, ideally as a Shop Manager or in a similar role
